Here is what Pastor Hamlin (recent supply pastor) had to say about Hope ...

I find Hope to be a vibrant, diverse, and caring congregation.  Hope is Christ-centered and focused on receiving, celebrating, and sharing the Good News.

Worship is lively with a weekly celebration of the Eucharist.  I would describe the preaching as "down to earth"  -  sometimes tinged with humor!  We have a wonderful Music Director and choir.  The music embraces a wide variety of needs, tastes, and cultures.

This congregation is quite child and youth friendly.  (Hope provides children's bulletins, activity bags, and nursery care if needed)  Of course there is also Sunday School and Children's Choir. Weekly children's messages are proclaimed.  

For older kids we have a newly installed energetic Director of Youth Ministry.  In the works are a  concert and "Souper Bowl of Caring".

Hope is blessed with competent leaders of all ages and backgrounds.  The people of Hope Lutheran Church are the Ministers.  This is more than lip service at Hope.   People are invited, included, and involved in a variety of ministries in the church and in the world.
