The Mobile Food Pantry is a program that gives food to the needy.  The vision and funding of this program began with Lutheran Community Services.  LCS continues to fund and coordinates efforts with the Food Bank of Delaware who delivers a truck on the 3rd Thursday of every month filled with boxes of non-perishable food along with some perishable foods such as produce and bread products.  Under the supervision of Erika Burke and Hope's many volunteers, approximately 165 boxes of food are given out each month.
